We are currently looking for Graphic Designers to join our team based in Leeds. Our flexible design placements are ideal for individuals seeking to apply their creative skills in a fast-paced and dynamic role. We are looking for talented individuals with a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. A high level of organisational skill and flexibility is essential as you will be working across multiple projects at any time. In addition to the opportunity to enhance your practical design skills, you will also learn about successful project management and client interaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first step within a Graphic Design Career. 

 

YOUR ROLE & KEY DUTIES:


  • Assist in the creation of visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop creative solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Use industry-standard design software to execute designs and ensure high-quality output.
  • Support the team in conducting research and staying up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Assist with the organisation and management of design files and assets.
  • Take part in design reviews and contribute ideas to improve design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.

WHAT WE ASK: 


  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other equivalent tools.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio of examples showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Must be open to remote working or within our Leeds based office when required
  • Must be available for a minimum of x6 months
  • Available to work part time hours (12 - 24 hours subject to candidate circumstance)
